These are carefully curated monthly email blasts designed with you style and branding that are sent out via your Mailchimp or command to your sphere/mailing list.

1 Real Estate Article
1 Local Events Article (3-5 themed events based on a bulls-eye city or neighborhood)
1 Market Report (Based on Branded or Custom Market Report for the month)
1 Set of Featured Listings (Sourced from your website or directly from the agent) - (1-2 Featured, 3 Sold Listings)

• Option 1: Mid-Month (15th-17th of the month)
• Option 2: 3rd Week of the Month (21st to 23rd of the Month)

Newsletter Disclaimer:

A) Pre-Work:

Upon ordering and payment, your California Concierge project manager will work with you to finalize the following information during the first few days and weeks to better personalize your newsletter:

1. Template and design customization
2. Log-in information for Mailchimp/Command
3. Mailing List within Mailchimp/Command
4. Listings
5. Desired content (Market Reports, Local Events)

B) Cut-Off Date:

Orders Made Between 1st and 25th of the Month:

• Newsletters ordered between the 1st and 25th of the month will be sent out to your mailing list the following month (E.g., Order was made on April 6th, and the newsletter will be sent out in May).

Orders Made After 25th of the Month:

• Newsletters ordered after the 25th of the month will be sent out on the month after the succeeding month (Ex. Order was made on April 26th, and the newsletter will be sent out in June).

These cutoff timelines are in place so that your project manager can work with you to finalize the fine details of your newsletter and provide you with relevant and updated content.

C) Billing and Payment:

• Billing will start 1 month after the order has been made (ex. Order was made on April 6, the first billing will come in May 6).
• The month wherein the order was made is allocated for the setup of the newsletter.

Rest assured, your project manager will work hand-in-hand with you to lock in all the information for a successful launch.
